Facebook Vs. Myspace

As most of you guys know social networking sites are huge now adays on the web. Its great for everyone to be able to connect through the Internet other then one the once popular yahoo Messenger. Not to mention it gave teens something to actually do with all the pictures they take. For the first part of the social network revolution everyone was obsessed with myspace, myself included. I was one of those little kids who of course lied about my age so I could be on myspace. So I want to find out, which one is better or rather, more popular. Myspace or Facebook. Below are and a list of pros and cons for each site. So lets find out.

1.More individual profiles
2.You can show everyone your top friends
3.More notice on applications
4.Can connect easier to different sites(i.e. twitter, facebook)

1.They keep changing it
2.Its getting more and more confusing
3.Sometimes to many application notices
4.The monitor your photos like crazy
5.don't have as many quizzes and shit like that
Facebook|Pros
1.Photos are monitored less
2.All your friends can post on your profile
3.You can like anything you want
4.You can pick and choose what you want to see from who
5.Your applications are much more manageable
Facebook|Cons
1.Too Many likes
2.Less being an individual
3.Can only have 200 photos per album
4.All your friends can post on your profile
5.You can't dislike shit
So that is what i have for pros and cons on each one, so let me know what you think=D

Volunteer Project

OK, so this isn't like my normal blogs but it sounds good. So i am the president of my local Keystone club and we do a lot for volunteer work and when i first started you were helping poverty in our community. So i got to go to the local soup kitchen here in Town.i went there at 9:00 am and they immediately put me to work. First i helped them decide what we were going to cook for the day. we decided to make scrambled eggs, buns, and sliced apples. They then put me to work slicing the apples into fourths It took awhile but i got it done. After this i went down the the local grocery store with another volunteer to get some extra stuff that they don't use and give to the soup kitchen. we the proceeded to sort these and get rid of the stuff that was really bad and bagged them fruits and vegetables so that people who came into the Soup Kitchen could take them home to eat. We then finished the food and got ready for all the people to come in. We gave them each a tray of food and we also had extra sandwiches for them to take home with them for the other meals that the kitchen wasn't open for. I would say about 75-85 people came and got food that day. It was really humbling to see all these people in my community who couldn't afford their own food. It made me feel really lucky to have all that i have and it was really fantastic to realize this.

Taylor Momson

Ok so i have finally decuided to voice my opinion once agian, this time on the actress and singer Taylor Momson. I want to start off by saying that i am all for being yourself and freedom of expression and all that jazz. taylor momson has taken it too far.

First off Taylor needs to quit trying to make a statement. She is trying way to hard to keep up this image of being a badass you is 'outta her fucking mind' when in all reality, she isn't. Well she may be i don't know but i think she is trying to keep up this nonexsistent image that she thinks makes her cool.

She keeps talking about how being on Gossip girl, they made her dress a certain way for the first season to help pormote the show. But if she really was the person she says she is she would never dress a certain way for anyone but herself.

And where the hell are her parents in all of this? like seriously i never have heard anything about them, but i feel like if your daughter dress as slutty as taylor did shit would hit the fan.

But in the end this is just how i feel about the matter. Granted i don't know Taylor and I can't really jduge her becuase of this. At the same time this is how i feel about it all.and to sum it all up Taylor Momson is a fake dumbass slut who just does everything she does to get attention.

Ok so i just watched this Youtube video and i just have to say what the fuck! This little like eleven year old girl is posting video blogs on tyhe internet about how fucking perfect she is and how awesome her life is WHAT THE FUCK! she is 11 and she is already getting snake bits and she has already had her lipped periced once, basically i hope she gets the shit kicked out of ehr in high school. And hello who ever her parents are need to get her off the internet and get her an attitude check before they have a major problem on thier hands. But yea she just sat there and basically told all of her 'haters' to go fuck themselves and she went off on how people are jealous, like seriously get a fuckin life little bitchtits its just dumb, wow i can't believe how out of control some little bitches are. The Twilight Sage: Eclipse

So Friday afternoon i went and saw The movie Eclipse, previously i have read the books at least twice. So i do have to start out with i LOVE the books, Stephine Myer definitely knows how to tell a story i am definitely a fan, of the books. The movies however are a different story. Now i want to get this straight i in no way hate the movies, i think they would be amazing movies if they hadn't already been so popular as books. unfortunately when your a fan of the books like i am you kind of resent the movies. I think that all of the Twilight fame is completely overrated. Of course i can't say that i don't like all of the gorgeous men in the movies but i think to many people base their opinions on the hotness of the vampires and werewolves. I think the entire twilight series should be based more around the love aspect of it, where especially in the latest installment it was based to much on the action of it all, not to mention way to much emphasis was put on the situation in Seattle. You only get that second hand in the books where in the movies your right up in that action and its dumb. Not to mention like i said people mainly like the movies because of the hot men who get to be shirtless *cough* Taylor Lautner *cough* its said that everywhere you turn you have to see one of them. Its dumb how out of portion all this has become and how obsessed everyone is with this, like some people dedicate their entire lives to this movie and its just sad.So to sum up my blog i would say that if you haven't read the books then you will love the movies like no other, if you are a fan of the books you probably aren't going to like the movies. Also that this entire movie franchise is being blown way out of the water.

Women in the NHL

So i have recently read some things on women playing hockey, playing in the NHL to be exact and i have some things i feel i must say. First off, i have played hockey in men's league for nine years, now I'm not saying I'm going to be in the NHL anytime soon, i don't have the lungs or knees that are needed to play in the NHL, but some people have said that girls can't take hits from really tall heavyset men. Of course i have yet to go against Chris Pronger and such but i have been up against some pretty huge men and i feel like its wrong not only to speculate that no woman can go against big men, but that women aren't made to go against the. I am one of those girls who is like 'i can do anything you can do better.' there is some girl out there somewhere who can totally rock at least a couple guys in the NHL so don't stereotype women.

Also people say that women aren't built for it and i beg to differ because as so many people point out so often every body is different which is completely true. And i realize women are made to be more petite then men, but still there are some very broad big women.

Next some have said it will change the way the game is played, mainly the physical aspect of the game. What everyone needs to realize the a. when your out on the ice its mostly just team v. team hence there are no boys or girls just opposing teams. Also if guys can't handle hitting anyone on the ice, that should be their own personal problem that they need to deal with. As well, guys have a tendency to hit girls even harder when they are on the ice with them, trust me i know from experience.

So those are my thoughts, comments?

I very much enjoy music, and i have played ice hockey for eight years and coming this fall it will be my final a ninth year unless something miracles happens, I'm not holding my breath. I'm a senior class of 2011 and super excited to get out of high school but i have no idea what I'm doing after high school other then acting. Yes I'm going to be an actress but before you freak out about everyone wanting to be an actor for the fame, that means they want to be famous, i want to be an actress whether or not the fame comes with it. I am an atheist and very opinionated, probably to opinionated for my own good and sometimes my mouth can get me in trouble, as I'm sure you guys will find out.
